Snippy switched the song he was playing to something danceable. He chuckled as he put on die young by Kesha. He wiggled, and danced a bit.

Zoey turned around, looking a little surprised as she heard someone else coming up the ladder with her, but, she relaxed when she realized it was just another team member... And he didn't look like he was gonna kill her or anything. After he spoke, she figured the appropriate thing to do was to introduce herself as well, smiling warmly this time "Zoey... Pleasure to meet you up here. she said, shaking his hand calmly, it looked like she had recovered quickly from that small little scare.

It's been an hour since the Diamond Dogs pilot dropped Zoey, Snake, Charles, and Mitsuko off. You're all alone now. No support. Remember that.


You looked forward, body shivering from the cold damp fog. It was unwelcoming. You crossed your arms over your chest squinting deep into the gray abyss:

Everything was so blurry. You could see shadowy silhouettes dance in the mist. As if laughing, on the verge of giggling like an impish little child, because it knew you didn't know what you had done. A spine-tingling sliver ran down your spine. You really didn't know what you had done. God, what if... what if this was all a trick! What if-

No.

You unconsciously dismissed what you saw.

You blindly roamed an old freeway overpass, adjacent to a vast forest to your right—the trees buffeted against the cold climate, the fog slithering between it's green leaves as a shabby Observation Deck, probably built in the early 20th Century, lay dormant in the distance: It contained a dirt pathway leading into the [Forest], a small lakeside [restroom], sprawled with graffiti and red brick, it appeared someone or something entered recently, judging by freshly muddied-up footsteps. You also swore you could see a [cemetary] deep within the Forest. There's a Silent Hill directory hung on a wooden billboard, a red 'YOU ARE HERE' sign marking your current location:


A.) Examine the RESTROOM: It's mid-sized, dinky and dirty. The walls are rusted as if they hadn't been used in decades. A few bathroom stall doors are missing, and graffiti, mostly penis drawings and a black 'I'll suk ur dik 4 $1. call me @ 342-246-1235' is evident on the third stall. You could hear a soft feminine hum inside. Do you dare explore it?

B.) Explore the FOREST: The Forest contains a vast network of trees, wildlife, and an ever present fog that haunts the grounds. It's nearby Silent Hill, so don't stray too far off! There's a lone cabin in the woods and a natural cave rumored to lead into an underground labyrinth of tunnels and possibly... GASP!... lost treasure. But that's all just folklore, right?

C.) Wander the CEMETERY: The cemetery is a small graveyard located toward the North of Toluca Lake. It is surrounded by many trees and covered in fog. There's an unlocked Mausoleum at the edge of the cemetery. Do you explore what's inside?

Charles looked about the gas station.

"Quiet."

He mumbled

Zoey looked around at the desolate environment she was placed in... While the Forest and Cemetery both looked interesting, that strange humming noise drew her to the Restrooms, though, she was a little hesitant to enter due to it's, well, less than ideal conditions. On the other hand though, it didn't seem like the Crossed were around or anything, so, with a small shrug, she decided to enter the restrooms, wondering if anyone else would accompany her...

Charles had grabbed a few supplies,  ammo and extra weapons before they left. He just didt like how this sounded. And now how it looks? He put out his hand, white speckles falling onto his black glove. Snow? With closer examination, it looked like ashes. This place made his skin crawl. His goggles giving a worried expression. He looked around and followed behind Zoey,

"Excuse me ma'am I hope you dont mind my following!"

Snake stepped off the helicopter and squinted his eye, looking at the figures. He'd been in similar situations before, against the Skull Units....but never this....unwelcoming. Luckily his suit kept him warm and mostly dry. He stroked his beard and let out a long, slow breath. Best not to light up a cigar here; might attract something...unwanted.

He looked around, the sound of his gunship was already gone. Strange...that never happened before. Never so quickly. In hind-sight he probably should have brought D-Dog with him, but oh well. He then noticed three different things they could possibly do and considered his choices thoughtfully. "Whatever we do...stick together. I've got a bad feeling about this fog." he said calmly, looking to Zoey, Mitsuko, and Charles.

As Zoey took off towards the bathrooms, he followed, taking his M4 in his hands as he looked around cautiously.

Mitsuko looked around the town. It was eerie, foggy, and just had a feeling of negativity about it. Silent Hill. Yes, it was quite silent for the time being. It would almost be peaceful, but one usually does not feel at peace when they can't see much.

As she stood, looking at Snake and Zoey to see what they would do, she heard a soft hum come from a shabby restroom. The hum made the atmosphere of the town even more mysterious and somber. What was this Silent Hill and why had they come here?

Mitsuko followed Zoey towards the bathroom entrance. The two girls seemed to have the same curiosity. Meanwhile, Snake made it a point to tell them to stay close as the fog was dangerous.

You enter [the restroom].

The air was cold and dead, an ominous darkness littered the landscape, as the bathroom - once alive, now nothing more than a decaying husk - forever froze in monochrome night. The walls were torn, bleeding rust as the windows--so dirty that it was opaque--stuck to the wall. There's a note posted on the wall:

"Whoever you are, thank
you for hearing my plea.

I've been lonely for so long,
trapped, claimed by this town.

Silent Hill.

I feel so pathetic and ugly
laying here, waiting for someone...

Every day I stare up at the cracks
in the ceiling and all I can think
about is how unfair it all is...

Please, look in the third stall.
Know me. Understand my pain."

You could hear soft sobbing sounds erupt from the [third stall]. It's door is slightly ajar, but it's pitch black inside. Do you dare open it? Y/N?

Zoey seemed a little braver with more or less a trio in tow as she headed inside the restrooms, frowning as she saw the state of the place... Not an ideal area to crash really, but, there was a note here; it looked to have been written by the same author as the one who had written in that book on the balcony. She was about to turn to the others for a moment, about to say something, but, then, those soft sobbing sounds reached her ears. "Hello?" Zoey called out, keeping her voice level as she decided to risk opening the stall door... Carefully

Snake heard the sobbing in the stall, and raised the M4 slowly, silently moving behind Zoey with the barrel over her shoulder aimed into the abyss of darkness that awaited their eyes. The horn sprouting from his forehead looked...very large in this strange place; and even began to curve back against his head like that of a devil.

His finger hovered just over the trigger.

Mitsuko glanced at her companions before silently drawing the Colt revolver Harry had given her. She aimed it at the door as Zoey bravely stepped forward to open it. Mitsuko was on high alert, as the note was rather peculiar and the stall seemed to not emanate light, but darkness.

As Snake steadied his gun, Mitsuko put her finger on the trigger. She was ready to fire if necessary and at point blank whoever was crying would definitely go down.

Zoey [opened the third stall door]...

A tall, unidentifiable woman glared up at you with bleeding, shrunken eyes whispering "Melody...". Blackened flesh hung off the thing's body like ribbons. Her face was hidden behind locks of stringy hair. "To birth a god..." Zoey grasped, the figure darting forward as two very cold, clammy hands grasp your shoulders, flipping around face-to-face with two yellow dirty TEETH. It was a female, early 20s, green ooze dribbled down her chin as you felt pressure press against your throat. You struggled violently. All to no avail. Your face turns a deep hue of purple, your vision blackening as-


SNAP!

Zoey's neck ripped open, a sickening 'crack!' erupts, resounding against the bathroom's walls...

'Suffocating'

'Sickness Unto Foolish Death'
'Melody, Save us All'
WAKE UP.

...

Zoey woke up. You groan in pain, your neck feels incredibly sore. It's hard enough to move as is. Looking forward, you're... back at square one: The Observation Deck.

Zoey hardly had time to react, let alone even draw her pistols "Oh shit man no no no no!" she houted, managing to fire off a few stray shots with her pistols before she went down... Then, everything went black, was she dead? Soon enough, she felt a burning pain in her neck as her vision returned to her, she was on the observation deck again... "What the hell? Was a dreaming?" She mumbled to herself, rubbing her neck a few times as she looked back towards the Bathrooms, slowly heading towards them again, if they were even there still.

Mitsuko jumped back as the woman, no the thing sprung from the stall and onto Zoey. Zoey screamed and let loose a few shots from her pistol, causing Mitsuko to retreat more in order to avoid them. After dodging the stray bullets and narrowly missing one to the upper arm, she looked at where Zoey had been.

The woman and Zoey had both disappeared. Mitsuko glanced at Snake before promptly leaving the bathroom. There was no way she was staying in there after the woman had broken Zoey's neck and disappeared.

To her surprise, Zoey was laying on the observation deck. Mitsuko approached her cautiously. Was she a muderous being now too?

As soon as shit hit the fan, which happens a lot these days it seems, Snake let off five 3-round bursts into the creature that attacked Zoey, aiming directly for its head whilst not making any other noise. After Zoey dropped to the ground, he gritted his teeth and went full-auto, emptying the entire clip into the damn stall-creature before lunging to the side, past Mitsuko and rolling out of the door of the bathroom.

Fuck that and everything involved.

Zoey, Snake, and Mitsuko are re-united. Wait, Zoey! She's... alive?! Holy shit! Needless to say, after your little reunion, you have two choices left:

Mitsuko looked at the others. "The woods?" she asked. In her mind, it was not a good idea to wander into the cemetery. Especially after being chased by Crossed and attacked by a disappearing and presumably dead woman. The forest was foggy, but if they stuck together they could probably tough it out.

Zoey rubbed her neck once more, looking a bit puzzed, but, evetually she nodded "Let's see what the forest has in store..." she said, still not entirely sure what had happened. However, she had a feeling this entire place was somehow linked to this "Sophie", whoever she was... Wherever she was.

You stepped into [The Forest]. Looking out the vast expanse of Silent Hill, you could hear it. A wailing cry of an air raid siren, it screamed through the dying town, across the fog, and into your ears. The pain was agonizing. You could feel vibrations hum through your body, your vision blurring in and out, doubling even. A trail of blood dribbled down your nose; a language unknown to you whispered sweet nothings in your ear...

It was coming.

A grotesque transition – the world around you began to crumble, the Observation Deck turned a sinister shade of black, the skies a hoary crimson, as if blood filled the air. You could smell iron, tinged in red red rust beneath your feet. The trees were broken and dying, their bloody shattered branches screaming and clawing at the merciless heavens for just a single chance at redemption.

Don't stop don't stop don't stop...

The gnarled trees blurred past as you ran across the Forest floor. You could see it, this so-called Otherworld, cannibalize everything it touched. Like a plague, it morphed Silent Hill into a new creation: The sky deviated into an inky black hue, distant alien moans resounded across the hellish landscape, and vein-like rust trailed behind you...

Shit! Shit! Shit!

Boom! The ground caved in below you...

... swallowing both Zoey and Mitsuko into the great unknown ...



You woke up.

You're in a Fortune House - it was small, resembled a shabby downtrodden shack, really. You felt uncomfortable, stepping through the threshold of the Lakeside attraction- you're face-to-face with a table sporting a dim green orb, supposedly overshadowing your inevitable fate on a rickety wooden table. There are six chairs awaiting you. Mm, you examine the surrounding structure: The smell of fungus, death, and possibly some old Armenian's Gypsy perfume filled the air.

There's a letter on the table. It reads:



The note ends. There's a crystal ball on the table. Touch it? Y/N?

Mitsuko glanced around the Fortune House. Her head was pounding from the intensity of the siren, the sudden corruption of the world around her and the fall into what had to be another world. Rubbing her temples, Mitsuko focused long enough to read the letter. Whoever had written it sure needed help. And that was coming from Mitsuko.

She glanced at Zoey before stumbling on a chair. Still overwhelmed, her head pounding, her eyes burning, and her ears ringing, she sat down in the chair she had just tripped on. She gazed into the crystal ball in front of her. It was a perfect orb yet the green hue was as unnatural as the rest of the place.

Regardless of what the consequences might be, Mitsuko felt a strange urge to touch the orb. She would just use a finger in case something were to happen. A gentle touch wouldn't hurt, right? She extended a delicate, pale finger towards the orb.

"Oh shit!"Zoey ran, forgetting about the blood dripping from her nose for a moment, the forest around her was warping and shifting from some unseen force... A force that she'd rather not encounter if she could help it. However, no matter how fast she ran, she couldn't outrun the strange whispers in her ears, nor the rust-like vein that seemed to reach out to her when she glanced back, only for a moment... Then, the ground caved in below her as it seemed to swallow her. She lost consciousness for a while until she finally came to her senses, looking around as she found herself in an entirely different place. Huh, it looked like she dropped into a fairground rather than some crazy death pit below her. All the smells reaching her nostrils nearly made her head spin as she made her way over to the table, glancing at the green orb for a moment before she noticed the note. Sophie... Something inside told her that it was her again, the one behind these odd letters, but, why? There must be a reason, right? After a while, she looked up at the crystal ball on the table, frowning a little as she hesitated for a few moments... Then, gathering up a little courage, she reached out to the crystal ball on the table, deciding to take another risk and touch it.

Zoey and Mitsuko touch the orb, watching it burst to life...

VISION 1#
We pan to Mitsuko, she's running next to Zoey in the midst of Silent Hill. They're caught up in barbed wire. Mitsuko cries out as her entrails are ripped out by an unknown entity--we're not sure who it is. Zoey, on the other hand, releases a bloodcurdling scream.

VISION 2#​
The Hobbit's Thorin Oakenshield, he lops off Cultist-Chan's head with his battle ax.

VISION 3#
A horde of Crossed surrounding Leo Barnes, he's desperately looking for an exit. There is none.

VISION 4#
Leo Barnes transformed into a Crossed.

VISION 5#
A woman - donning a raven black jacket, brunette hair, rocked back and forth, sobbing uncontrollably. She kneels over, weakly smiling at tombstone etched 'Simon'. There's a Smith and Wesson 45 Revolver tightly clenched between her index finger and thumb. Looking down, her expression darkens.

The first vision didn't exactly sit well with Zoey, though, the second one left her with a confused feeling, the third one on the other hand just brought a sort of gloomy mood to her. Leo had died after all, but, thankfully, he hadn't become one of the Crossed; was that just a reflection of what fate would have befallen him sooner or later? The fourth vision seemed to further drive down that gloomy feeling. The final vision however, brought a strange sense of familiarity to her; could that be Sophie? But... If that was the case, then, the name she whispered must be the name of the one buried here, they must have meant alot to her... However, one could only wonder what had happened for things to have ended this way, there were still alot of questions that remained unanswered really.

Mitsuko's head was filled with the images, noises and sensations of the visions. She watched in horror as she was destroyed by something she couldn't see while caught in barbed wire. She could almost feel the harsh cuts on her skin and her stomach ached.

She watched as a man beheaded one of the odd looking survivors who had been on her bus. A horde of Crossed surrounded a man she hadn't seen before. He then became one of them, eyes filled with bloodlust. Finally, a woman at a tomb stone who's face darkens. All of these visions were dark.

Sick to her stomach, mostly due to seeing herself being disemboweled, Mitsuko stopped touching the orb and threw up on the floor next to her. She wiped her mouth and spit before looking at Zoey, wondering if she had seen the same thing. Chances were they had both seen those images, only one of which contained someone not from the group of survivors.

Mitsuko considered what she had just seen again. The last one had been in a cemetery. There was a cemetery back where they had started when first arriving in Silent Hill. Could there be a connection?
